Non-Returnable Goods

Proof of Return
We highly recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment, and we are unable to issue a refund without either the actual receipt of the Goods or verifiable proof of received return delivery.
5. Refunds
Reimbursement Process
We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods.
The refund will be issued using the same means of payment you used for the original Order.

Gift Returns
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once we receive the returned product. A gift certificate will then be mailed to you.
If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves first, we will issue the refund to the gift giver.
